Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

We pride ourselves on getting your custom apparel to you as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery Goal: All orders are processed and delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Operating Hours: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High Volume Notice: During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • Significant Delays: If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email (yalmiko.in@gmail.com) or phone (+91 9560587145).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we aim for a 2-3 business day delivery, occasional delivery delays can occur due to courier service interruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Yalmiko Customs (a brand of Buddy Enterprises) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Issues

Yalmiko Customs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim to ensure a smooth resolution with the courier.
