Refund policy
1. Return Request Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- 5-Day Policy: You have exactly 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned product at our Ludhiana facility, our team will perform a quality check.
- Inspection Timeline: The product will be inspected and the return will be approved or rejected within 2 days of receipt.
- Notification: We will notify you immediately once the inspection is complete to let you know if the refund was approved.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Payment Method: You will be automatically credited on your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 10 business days for the credit to be issued.
- Bank Delays: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
